予約・キャンセルポリシー

【予約について】 予約フォームにて、まず第１希望日を設定いただきます。 合わせて第２及び第３希望までお伺い致します。 当方のスケジュールと調整の上、最終日時確定とさせていただきます。 既に幾つかご予約リクエストをいただいている為に、 お時間や場所によりご予約を承れない時がございます。 ご予約はお早めにご相談くださいませ。 【トゥワークレッスン・美姿勢矯正レッスンのキャンセルポリシー】 ●キャンセル料について レッスンご予約確定後、レッスン日の2週間前から1週間前までに日程変更・キャンセルをされる場合は、レッスン料総額50%のキャンセル料をお支払いいただきます。 1週間前から前日までのキャンセルは75%、当日キャンセルは100%となります。 初心者クラス/ 振付けクラスは、 レッスンご予約確定後、レッスン日の2週間前から1週間前までに日程変更・キャンセルをされる場合は、レッスン料総額50%のキャンセル料をお支払いいただきます。 1週間前から4日前までのキャンセルは75%、3日-当日キャンセルは100%となります。 ​ ●お支払いについて お支払いはレッスン料全額前払いとなります。 ​ ●予約確定について レッスン日時・場所が決定し、料金をお支払い頂いた時点で予約確定となります。 ​ ●スタジオ代金について スタジオ規則に沿ったキャンセル料でお支払いいただきます。 ​ ​ 【撮影モデルのキャンセルポリシー】 ●キャンセル料について 撮影ご予約確定後、撮影日の2週間前から1週間前までに日程変更・キャンセルをされる場合は、撮影料総額50%のキャンセル料をお支払いいただきます。 1週間前から前日までのキャンセルは75%、当日キャンセルは100%となります。 ●お支払いについて お支払いは撮影料全額前払いとなります。 ●予約確定について 撮影内容が決定し、料金の半額をお支払い頂いた時点で予約確定となります。 Cancellation policy [Cancellation policy for twerking lessons] ●About cancellation fees If you change or cancel your lesson date between 2 weeks and 1 week before the lesson date after your reservation has been confirmed, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total lesson fee. Cancellation between 1 week and the day before will be 75%, and cancellation on the day will be 100%. ●About payment Payment is the full lesson fee in advance. ●About reservation confirmation The reservation is confirmed when the lesson date, time and location are decided and the fee is paid. ●About studio fees Cancellation fees will be charged according to the studio rules. [Cancellation policy for photo models] ●About cancellation fees If you change or cancel your shoot date between 2 weeks and 1 week before the shoot date after your reservation has been confirmed, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total shooting fee. Cancellation between 1 week and the day before will be 75%, and cancellation on the day will be 100%. ●About payment Payment is the full shooting fee in advance. Your reservation will be confirmed once the details of the shoot have been decided and half the fee has been paid.
