トゥワークの基礎、お尻を動かせるようになることを目標とするレッスンです。
私自身が出来るようになるまでひとつひとつ時間かかるタイプでしたので、初心者や未経験の方にゆっくり寄り添ったレッスンにしていきます。
クラブ遊びなどで軽くおしりを動かせるようになりたい！という方にもオススメです！

元々音楽が好きで、身体を動かすのが好きでしたが、何から初めていたらいいのか分からなかった時に海外の方のMVを見ていてお尻を振るダンスができたらカッコイイ!まずは動かせるようになりたい!と思いMIQRIトゥワークレッスンに参加したことがトゥワークをスタートしたきっかけです。
初めておしりが動いてきたように感じた時は自分でも動かせるんだ！と感動したのを覚えています。
自分でも出来るんだ！という気持ちを皆にも届けられたらなと思っています𖤐 ̖́-。

＜Lesson Features＞
This lesson aims to teach the basics of twerking, and to be able to move your hips.
I was the type of person who took a long time to master each step, so this lesson is designed to slowly accommodate beginners and those with no experience.
This is also recommended for those who want to be able to move their hips lightly while out at a club!
＜FEATURES＞
MiQri TWERK team, the hip dancers, have performed many times.
They are active in reggae venues as showcase dancers, floor dancers, and go-go dancers in clubs.
＜Activity history＞
I've been twerking for just under 3 years. I started dancing at the MIQRI twerking class. After that, I did reggae for about 6 months, and now I'm also studying girl and hip hop lines.

＜Message from the instructor＞
I've always loved music and moving my body, but I didn't know where to start. I was watching a music video by someone from overseas and thought it would be cool if I could dance while shaking my butt! I wanted to be able to move it first! That's what got me started with twerking, so I took a MIQRI twerking lesson. I remember being so impressed when I first felt my butt start to move, thinking, "I can move it myself!" I hope I can convey that feeling to everyone 𖤐 ̖́-.
